I would like to thank-you for the excellent advice and service you recently provided me in buying my new 2014 Volkswagen Series 7 Golf 103 TSI Highline and selling my 2007 Toyota Corolla Levin XR and 2012 Chrysler 300C privately.

I have to admit that I personally had very little knowledge about cars and had never been involved in the buying or selling process, therefore, the prospect of personally having to go out to choose and buy a new car and then sell two other cars was a daunting task. In buying a new car you took the time to ask and understand my current and future needs and requirements. You then considered my needs and provided advice on the best 3 car options. You then arranged all the test drives with the Toyota, Mazda and Volkswagen dealerships on the one day to my home. I didn’t have any pressure from sales persons, you did all the explaining and demonstration and provided me with all the pros and cons of the Corolla, Mazda3 and Golf. You were very personable and patient with me. You guided me to choosing the best car, the safest car and the right car for me, all within my budget. All the liaising, researching, negotiations on price, options, and warranties, sourcing of cars and paperwork with the dealers were done by you. At the end all I had to do was sign the contract with the dealer. You took all the hassle and pressure out of the process and made the buying experience enjoyable for me. I am thrilled with my new Golf, it’s the best and safest car I have had owned.

Similarly, selling both the Chrysler 300C and the Corolla the process was seamless and hassle free for me. You advised me on the possible selling price against the current market and the best method to sell the cars. You arranged and created the adverts, monitored and updated and adjusted them. The cars were prepared, transported, detailed for sale and RWC arranged. All supporting paperwork, car history and Vic Roads sale documentation were prepared and completed. All enquiries, responses, inspections by potential buyers and negotiations were carried out by you and I was informed on a weekly basis on progress of sales and enquiry levels. Both cars were sold and I was very happy with the price received. Everything was taken care for me with only the final signing on the sale and transfer requiring my physical presence.
