As the other reviews have mentioned, Richard is a wonderful communicator and is just excellent at his job (it’s really more of a passion than a job).

After spending a lot of time getting to know me and my situation and helping me to decide which brand and model would be best, Richard ended up finding me a car that was within my budget, had super low KMs, and was in amazing condition (with only one previous owner).

I would never have found a car like it myself. Apart from finding me a great car – Richard also saved me so much time and stress. He did all the hard work, including contacting and negotiating with the owner, running the necessary checks, and filling out the paperwork (among many, many other things!). He always had time to answer my questions and explained things really clearly.

In an unexpected twist, I ended up testing positive for COVID-19 on the day that I was scheduled to go with Richard to pick up my car. I was so disappointed (initially), especially as I was planning to leave on a trip on the day that I was due to come out of isolation.
