What an incredible service. Went with Richard’s Platinum buyer’s service, and couldn’t have been happier. Not only did he put real effort into understanding my family’s precise automotive needs, he walked me carefully through all of the options, bringing his immense knowledge of cars, his thorough research skills and his street smarts to bear. The test drives were a blast, too.
Once we decided on a car, he used his incredible connections with various dealers to find me literally the only 2026 Hyundai Tucson in Australia (when another dealer swore black and blue the car didn’t even exist!). He also scored me a great discount from the dealer.
Due to family circumstances, we unfortunately ended up needing to move overseas, and thus had to sell the car. Naturally, I didn’t hesitate a moment before calling Richard up to handle selling the car for me as well, knowing he would bring his same energy and enthusiasm to that project as well.
